Treehouse Summit is our inaugural User Group Meeting, that has been requested throughout the years. It is your opportunity to step inside the Rubber Tree Systems community, learn from the people building and using the platform every day, and explore new ideas that can help your business grow.
From Treehouse Talks, to Leaf & Learn sessions, and "Ask the Arborist" support hours and peer conversations in The Grove, every part of the summit is designed to help you learn, share, lead, and grow.

What is the Treehouse Summit?
Treehouse Summit is the Rubber Tree Systems user group event where RTS users gather to learn, lead, and grow through product education, customer stories, peer networking, and role-based breakout sessions.

Treehouse Summit will take place October 20–22 at the Cleveland Marriott Key Tower in Cleveland, Ohio. Register Here.
Who Should Attend?
What's Included in the Registration Cost?
The registration cost includes access to all sessions in the Treehouse Summit, session content materials shared after the summit, the opening reception, breakfast and lunch during the summit, as well as the Wednesday evening offsite event at the Corner Alley.
What Tracks are Available?
The summit includes three role-based tracks: Expand the Canopy for admin, operations, and business leadership; Branching Out for sales and sales leadership; and Deepen Your Roots for IT and systems teams.
Will There Be Advanced Sessions Available?
Yes! We will have sessions that cover more advanced content related to integrations, strategy, infrastructure, and technical best practices. We'll also have 1 on 1 time available with Rubber Tree Systems team members for more advanced questions and issues.
Can I Attend Sessions Across Multiple Tracks?
Yes. Attendees are encouraged to choose the sessions most relevant to their role, goals, and business needs. We'll also have sessions with integrations partners that you might find interesting!
Will There Be Networking Opportunities?
Yes. The "Grove" will provide dedicated time and space for networking, peer conversations, community connection, and informal idea sharing. We'll also be hosting a welcome reception and a fun offsite evening out as a group.
Will the Event be Filmed and Photographed?
Select sessions and event moments may be filmed or photographed for future Rubber Tree Systems marketing and event materials. If you'd like to share a customer story on camera, please let us know!
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
If your plans have changed and you are no longer able to attend Treehouse Summit 2026, you must contact us no later than October 5, 2026. A 75% refund is available for cancellations made before October 5th. Cancellations made after October 5th, 2026 or no-shows to the conference will be charged 100% of the conference fees. The fees incurred will still cover your access to all post-conference materials and your registration is transferrable at any time.
When is the Registration Deadline?
Early Bird registration ends September 1, 2026
The final registration deadline is October 5, 2026.
When and Where will Badge Pick Up Be?
Check-in and badge pick-up will be on Tuesday, October 20th from 2-6 pm in the East Foyer at the Marriott Key Tower, and just prior to the Welcome Reception If you aren't able to pick-up your materials at that time, please let us know.
What Should I Wear to the Treehouse Summit?
The appropriate attire for the event is business casual. Our offsite will be at The Corner Alley, which is bowling and games and will be a more casual evening.
